Sample Page

This is an example page. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. It might say something like this:

Hi there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my website. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)

…or something like this:

The XYZ Doohickey Company was founded in 1971, and has been providing quality doohickeys to the public ever since. Located in Gotham City, XYZ employs over 2,000 people and does all kinds of awesome things for the Gotham community.

Questions, answered.

Is the first lesson really free?

Yes. Your first hour is a free assessment with a teacher. We check your level and goals and you decide whether to continue. You choose your weekly schedule afterwards, and only then do we ask for a card.

What happens in the free assessment?

You meet a teacher on Google Meet for up to an hour. For adults, the teacher talks with you to find your level and asks what you want to use Albanian for. For children, the teacher plays, reads and chats with your child while you sit in. You leave with a suggested plan: how many lessons a week and what the first weeks will cover.

Which dialect will I learn, Gheg or Tosk?

You tell us. Tosk is the basis of standard Albanian and what you hear in Tirana and the south; Gheg is spoken in the north, in Kosovo and in much of the diaspora. We note your preferred dialect at the assessment and match you with a teacher who teaches it. If you are not sure, we start with standard Albanian and adjust.

How long is a lesson, and how many should I take?

Every lesson is 45 minutes, one-on-one, at the same time each week. Most students take two a week. You choose, and you can change it later.

How and when am I billed?

Lessons are €19 each. You receive one bill at the start of each month, charged automatically to your saved card, for the lessons you took the month before. You can pay in euros, US dollars, Canadian dollars or pounds. No tax is added.
