The process

How it works

From your first click to your weekly lesson. Nothing to install, nothing to pay until you have had lessons.

01

Book a free assessment

Pick a day and time that suits you. You get a confirmation and a Google Meet link by email, and a reminder the day before.

02

Meet a teacher for an hour

The teacher finds your level, hears your goals and notes your preferred dialect. For children, the teacher plays, reads and chats with your child while you sit in.

03

Save a card, choose your schedule

After the assessment you receive a private link. Save a card (it is not charged), choose how many lessons a week and which days and times.

04

A teacher accepts you

Your request goes to our teachers. The first teacher who is free at your times accepts, usually within a day. Lessons appear in your calendar with the Meet link.

05

Learn every week

Join from the calendar or your account. Reschedule with a button. After each lesson your teacher writes a note, and every lesson is recorded.

06

One bill a month

At the start of each month we charge your card for the lessons you took. You see every lesson on the bill. No contract, cancel any time.

Questions, answered.

Is the first lesson really free?

Yes. Your first hour is a free assessment with a teacher. We check your level and goals and you decide whether to continue. You choose your weekly schedule afterwards, and only then do we ask for a card.

What happens in the free assessment?

You meet a teacher on Google Meet for up to an hour. For adults, the teacher talks with you to find your level and asks what you want to use Albanian for. For children, the teacher plays, reads and chats with your child while you sit in. You leave with a suggested plan: how many lessons a week and what the first weeks will cover.

How long is a lesson, and how many should I take?

Every lesson is 45 minutes, one-on-one, at the same time each week. Most students take two a week. You choose, and you can change it later.

Do I have to prepay or sign a contract?

No. There is no package to buy and no minimum. You save a card after the assessment, and we charge it monthly for lessons that took place. You can stop at any time.

What if I need to reschedule?

Move the lesson from your account before it starts. There is no limit on reschedules. We appreciate 24 hours’ notice but it is not required, as long as you let us know before the lesson.

What do I need for a lesson?

A computer, tablet or phone with a camera and a quiet place. Lessons run on Google Meet in the browser; nothing to install. Your teacher shares materials on screen and sends notes after each lesson.

Can I choose or change my teacher?

After the assessment we match you with a teacher who fits your level, dialect and schedule. If it is not working, tell us and we will arrange a change.

What time zone are the lessons in?

Yours. Times are shown in your own time zone when you book and in every reminder. Your weekly lesson stays at the same local time for you, even when the clocks change.
